The ITC Supply Chain begins with market research and trend analysis and an investigation into any potential restrictions and risks, before moving on to the development and intelligent design of products to meet Client-specific requirements. All this is carried out by the local sales office and is unique to each client.
Following the development process, we move into the production chain, which includes the audit and compliance process, followed by lab testing, quality control and factory evaluation at the conclusion.
