ITC’s success comes from the confidence we place in our sales people in each region and in the people who manage them.

 

Our people know and understand local trends, culture and language.  Each ITC sales office controls the sales, creative and design processes and keeps an eye on legal frameworks of that country.  

 

ITC has sales offices in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, the United States and Hong Kong. We are actively working in the Eastern European countries from the Netherlands. We are always exploring opportunities for Sales Offices in other countries.

 

A central hub in Shanghai is responsible for order processing, factory management and Quality Assurance/Quality Control. ITC’s professional merchandisers and QC inspectors monitor production in direct contact with each factory. Also from Shanghai, all lab-testing matters are coordinated with internationally notified bodies such as Intertek and SGS, to ensure that the product meets our clients’ local importing regulations and statutory quality and safety standards.

 

Finance and Head office duties are carried out in the ITC Hong Kong main office. This is the primary location from which ITC controls both supply chains.  From here, we manage the strategic relations with our factories: informal relationships and bonds, also known as ‘quanxi’, which are highly valued in Chinese culture.
