ITC’s success is rooted in the confidence the company places in its sales people in each region, and in the people who manage the sales offices. They analyze trends, as well the taste of people and they adapt the basics of their style to each country. They know and understand the local culture and speak to our customers in their own language. The ITC sales offices rule the sales-, creative- and design processes and keep an eye on legal frameworks. ITC sales offices can be found in six countries: the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States and Hong Kong. 

Order Support, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Finance are carried out in the ITC Hong Kong main office. This is the primary location from which ITC rules both supply chains. ITC Main Office is the mediator. That’s where the knowledge and understanding of Western and Chinese culture and mentality meets. ITC’s main office maintains tight and clear lines with its Sales Offices and strategic relations with the factories: informal relationships and bonds, also known as ‘quanxi’, which are highly valued in Chinese culture.

ITC’s professional merchandisers and QC inspectors in Shanghai monitor the orders in direct contact with the customer and each factory. Orders are being set out and production is followed closely, by sitting down with the manufacturers whenever this is necessary, at any moment. At this source all lab-testing matters are coordinated with internationally notified bodies such as the SGS, to ensure that the product meets our and your standards of quality and safety.
