Risks associated with projects can be minimised by the existence of controls.  Our controls will prevent risks from developing within a project.

 

At ITC we have a clearly managed control procedure to eliminate risks and inspire confidence:

 

The ITC Circle of Assurance. 

 

Throughout each project, we check each step in the procedure has been taken.  At the end of every project, the individual steps are evaluated.  Factory performance against specific indicators is judged.   The results are entered into our internal ERP system, Condor.  Everyone at ITC is up to date at all times.
