The ITC Code of Conduct provides an ethical and legal framework for all employees as well as other persons involved in the carrying out of the ITC activities. This Code relates to our association with customers, employees, suppliers and the society and it builds trust between ITC and other parties. We want ITC to be a place where our customers would like to do business and will return to, as well as a place where people enjoy working.
Our main task is to diminish the risks of our customers in the Far
East as a result of which they can profit optimally from the production
in low-wage countries.
We want to be respected and be welcome in communities in which we do
business, by customers as well as by suppliers. This can only be
achieved by working within a Code of Conduct. Everyone who works for
ITC will have to co-operate in this respect.
